Meet Lilly Dollenmayer
Lilly Dollenmayer is a highly motivated and creative marketing professional with a deep understanding of the strategic interplay between marketing and effective branding. Currently serving as the Marketing and Branding Director at Dollenmayer Marketing & Design, Lilly works with a diverse portfolio of clients to uncover insights, develop strategies, and enhance brand design and communication approaches. Her expertise encompasses creating social media plans, executing print promotions, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
Prior to this role, Lilly held the position of Marketing and Branding Director at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty from 2020 to 2023. In this capacity, she was responsible for all marketing and communication strategies and overall branding efforts. There, she prepared yearly marketing plans, set goals, managed the marketing budget, and led a team that empowered over 200 agents to create their individual marketing plans. Lilly also implemented innovative recruitment campaigns and launched the company’s Luxury Collection Program, significantly elevating the brand’s market presence.
Before their time at Berkshire Hathaway, Lilly founded Debatable Productions, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional theatrical experiences for young talents aged 16-25. As the Marketing and Branding Director for this organization from 2018 to 2020, she developed marketing strategies for various events, shaped the vision and mission of the organization, and contributed to its overall marketing effectiveness through insightful market analysis.
With a Fine Arts Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Design from Parsons School of Design in New York, Lilly possesses a robust skill set that includes brand building, creative direction, strategic planning, and problem-solving. She is also proficient in Adobe Suite, basic HTML, Microsoft Office Tools, and Google Workspace. A fluent communicator in both English and Spanish, Lilly is known for their ability to motivate and inspire teams and their clear communication style, making them a valued asset in any collaborative environment.
